Hi, these were actually given to me (leftovers from a baby shower I went to yesterday). But I emailed the girl that served the food and she said she got them from Costco from the Freezer section.
But I can tell you that the World according to Egg Face has AMAZING crust-less quiche, she calls them "egg bites" and has a zillion flavours. I made quite a bit of her recipes in my early days of WLS. Highly recommend her site if you have not already checked it out!!

I have a digital food scale that I use. If I'm eating something prepackaged, I typically follow the serving size - so if the serving size is 1oz, I use my scale to measure out an ounce - if the serving size is 1/4 cup, I use a measuring cup.
Depending on how early out you are, you might also want to check in with your program - mine really wanted me to use measuring cups in the beginning because it was about VOLUME and while 2 oz of one thing might work, the volume of 2 oz of another might be too much - if that makes sense at all.....

Hey RNY'ers!
I was off yesterday and was crazy busy. I went to the dermatologist and got the skin tags/moles taken care of...holy OUCH did it hurt though. Now I have 10 little scabs around my eyes, he said they'll scab up and fall off within a few days. I keep watching them hoping they do as planned cause I'd HATE to have to go back a second time!!!
I'm back at work today and catching up--TGIF. Only plans for the weekend included Mom's taxi service to to Piano, and Basketball. A food shopping trip to BJ's and I'll spend my Ulta gift card I got for Xmas. I got most my errands done yesterday. I'm hoping to get sucked into some Netflix at some point this weekend.
