Good Morning Menu gals! Welcome to Photo Friday. Naturally, I don't have anything to post, but I'll tell you what I'm wearing. LMAO Skinny jeans with black booties and a heather tan turtleneck sweater. Huh. It appears my affection for khaki and black crosses all seasons.
Who's got plans this weekend? Other than my kid's basketball game, I got nothin'. I don't think. The last few weekends have been so busy that it seems odd I have nothing on my agenda. Certainly I'm forgetting something. LOL

L: string cheese, turkey pepperoni/Laughing Cow sandwiches and a clementine. Sad desk lunch is sad.
D: turkey kielbasa with kraut and 3 mini pierogies

Good morning. I really haven't posted much lately since I have been in a funk. I need to get away from the computer for a while. I felt it was becoming an addiction.
I started walking a few weeks ago I developed a heel spur so now I am in a boot. I know things could be worse but I really enjoyed the walking time. It was my time. Hopefully I will be out of it in three weeks.

Vitamins are in for the morning water is going down. I really don't have any plans this weekend. I want to take my Christmas stuff down. Hoping for that to happen.
A friend of mine posted this picture yesterday when I was in my 20s. I had no idea what a bad dresser I was.

Sitting in a Dunkin Donuts about 2 min from Dr. Capella's office. Traffic was really easy so am an hour early. That's OK you can't predict these things and there is so much potential for problems. So off I go.
B: 2 egg muffins - while driving .... never doing that again.
