What's On Your Thursday Menu, RNYers?
From AV:
9-ish oz. chicken breast. I usually poach and shred my own, but the Purdue shortcuts and canned work, too.
2 oz. crumbled bleu cheese (by the deli)
1/2 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch. If I don't have this I use garlic powder/dill/onion powder
small (5.3 oz) container plain Greek yogurt
chopped onion and celery, S&P to taste
As many glugs of Frank's Red Hot as you want
This works out to about five 4oz. servings at 132 calories and 20 grams of protein per.

I am wondering what I am doing wrong. I made this recipe tonight and when I ran my stuff through my fitness pal it only said 11 proteins. I did cut mine into 6 servings but I used more chicken.
Hmmm...I'm not sure. This is what I get on MFP; I use a 1 oz. serving size and multiply x 4:

Whoa, that's a mess! LMAO Anyway, it's 33 calories and 5 grams of protein per 1 oz. serving.
it's possible I am not eating 4 oz. I am only eating half a cup. If I doubled my portion it would be more like yours nutrition wise. I bet that is it. I made 6 potions out of your recipe, I used a 12 oz can of shredded chicken because I have some I am trying to use up.
I do have one. I weighed all the ingredients, or scanned if I could, then it asks how many servings and I put in 6 because that is what i measured it into.
I am kind ofnew to fitness pal but that would seem the right way to do it.
The after care in my program sucks so I learn everything I can here.
