I'm thinking about my evening snack, too!  I'm leaning toward some turkey pepperoni/Laughing Cow "sandwiches".  That comes in at 105 calories with 12 grams of protein.

Can you buy a season pass for Dr Who on iTunes or Amazon? I've been thinking about dumping cable, but the hubby does love Dr Who.

You can get the dvds the next year, but right now you can't get it unless you have cable.

Hey, I just went on itunes, and they do have the season pass.  $30 gets you all the episodes for the season as they happen.

I need to price it all out and see how much i'd actually save if I got rid of cable.

Use a VPN to change your location temporarily to UK and watch the show on BBC Iplayer.  My DH is a big Dr. Who fan too.

I am glad you are feeling psyched, Kristen!  I faced the day with power and confidence, kicking off my day with a new Miami dance cardio class called 305 fitness.  There is a live dj, a super excited instructor, and it's an hour of pure jumping and dancing!  It was amazing until I jumped into a split squat and touched the floor and OW, felt a twinge in my back.  Uh yeah, I guess I am not in my 20s anymore.  I am now walking and sitting oh so gingerly, basically living in fear that my back will go out.  Pray for me, menu people :)

The good thing about doing a 7 am class is that by 8:45 I was home, had 6,000 steps on the fitbit, showered, did a load of laundry, drank a coffee, and prepped egg salad and cucumber salad for the day.  I feel quite accomplished.  Now if only it was the weekend...

Time Since Surgery: 2 years, almost one month

B: Two coffees with half and half and splenda, egg salad (2 hard boiled eggs, light mayo, mustard)

L: Boar's head honey turkey, american cheese

S: Cucumber salad made with mayo and light sour cream and red wine vinegar and garlic powder.  Yum.

D: The insides of a shrimp taco and a chicken taco, wine (just being honest here)

E: DANCING.  I was a sweaty beast.

Have a great day, filled with power and confidence, all :)  Em

Good Morning! So happy that you are doing better today. I am so tired today, long story short I tried a new recipe for making "cereal" last night and let's just say that my tummy did not approve of my sampling. I was unable to go to bed at my normal time (which is EARLY since I get up at the crack of dawn to get my work-out in before work). This really was a first for me to experience this and I won't be doing it again anytime soon-I was miserable. Here's to a new day right?

Time since surgery: 16 months

B: SF latte, egg beaters with spinach and cheese

L: Sweet and spicy tuna packet, baby carrots, and string cheese

S: SF latte, L&F Greek yogurt and P3 ham pack

D: Shredded beef, green leaf lettuce, shredded cheese, black beans and sour cream

E: 1 hour on treadmill

V/W: On track

Totals: Cals:983 Protein:114 Carbs:69 Fat:27

Have a great one!

Whenever I read things like "1 hour on treadmill", "6 miles on treadmill", I am ALWAYS thinking.....what is wrong with ME????  I like having the treadmill for winter and when its raining etc.  But I get like 20 minutes in and I am just DYING to get off.  Not because I am tired, but because I am bored out of my mind.  Even if I have a movie on or something.

Good for you!!!
