Yay for grand babies!!  I love babies SO MUCH!  I don't want anymore kids of my own, but I like to "steal" other people's babies when I get the chance!!

I'm super excited about my trip to Vegas with my girlfriend!  We decided yesterday to go and now we are in the super planning phases.  We are headed out the last week in February.  It will be a great break from the Wisconsin winter that seems never ending.  I also got excited about stepping on the scale this morning.  I am back to my pre-holiday weight.  Not my lowest weight ever but my average pre-cookie binge.  I think its the mad working out due to tri season starting this week :)  YAY!  Another thing to be excited about.

Hi guys, I've missed you this week. Work meetings in the morning are keeping me away... But no complaints!

I feel excited all the time about clothes. Haha--I am developing a shopping problem because I can't pass up buying something if it's an XS or size 6 and fits.

My menu is boring as hell though, too. And lately I feel like I need more calories to sustain me. Not in a bad way--but at 5.5 months and 4lbs away from goal, I feel like I need closer to 900 calories to feel energized, instead of 800. Is that a thing?

B: Fit Frappe Espresso

S: almonds

L: yogurt and Finn crisps

S: Mr Cheese Os

D: Parmesan cod

I am looking forward to vacation with my husband for ten days in St. Martin. In my head I am already packed. I love when we go away together. I get to have him all to myself. It is hard when you own yoyur own business. You never really get away from it.

It has warmed up here a bit today it looks like it is forty out there already. So that is not too bad.

B:Fruit punch before I eat anything. I am feeling a little dehydrated. Eggs I think

L:Coffee with half and half left over chinese food

D:Cobb salad

S:Protein bar since I am taking my daughter to the mall.

Walking the mall will be my exercise. I have a bone spur on my heel and it sucks to walk. I just need to get out of the house.

Have a great day.

One thing that gets me out of a funk is to listen to fun music from when we grew up. Music does make you feel better.

Today's menu is totally up in the air. I am at a 3-day training class, with no fridge to store a lunch. They have a cafe that I will check out, but if all else fails I'll run to the gas station next door at lunch and grab a protein shake. I have also realized I need my mid-morning snack, and it's strange others don't....

Our youngest is 16 months old and trying really hard to talk. So I get pretty excited when a new word comes out or he starts to hollar after the dog or his brother :) I also get excited when our oldest (6) doesn't have homework, terrible isn't it?!?
