Maybe you should change your name to DisgruntledViking, LOL. I'm in the opposite mood, I'm feeling good, even though I went off plan and ate popcorn last night. What is wrong with me that I make these choices, knowing I wasn't actually hungry for food? Anyway, i won't be too hard on myself.

Last night my SIL called me, the one who had the baby in November. She was crying hysterically and asked me to come over. The baby had been crying for hours and she couldn't calm him, she was alone and at the end of her rope. She lives 5 minutes from me, so I hopped in my car in my PJs and slippers and ran to her. By the time I got there he had calmed mostly. I think that her relief knowing that someone was coming to help her, calmed her a bit, which will of course calm a baby. I did take him and soothe him for her to give her a break. He had his first round of shots on Monday, and she changed his formula this week. He also hasn't pooped in over 24 hours. Poor guy is just so not comfortable. I rubbed his tummy and back and bicycled his legs for a bit. MY MIL showed up when she got SILs voice mail, so I was able to tag out and get home at about 10:30 last night. I have so much respect for single mothers who keep it all together. My youngest is 2 and my husband was a huge help with him when he was little. Heck, he's a huge help now.

My new excitement is that I just booked an overnight trip for me and my hubby on Valentines Weekend. We're going to a Casino in mid-Michigan for the night. We're going to The Price is Right Live show that night! It's not the TV show, but it's just like it and we have a chance of being randonly picked to be a contestant. That's right, I could be the next contestant on the Price is Right! I'm so freaking excited! I just have to line up a sitter for that night, but both grandmas usually beg to have the kids, so it shouldn't be an issue.

Here's my plan

You are a good sister in-law. It is so good you and your hubby are going on a trip overnight. It is so important to make couples time.

She goes back to work tomorrow,  poor thing.  I am staying at her place Saturday to take a sleeping shift. Hoping baby stays sleeping through the night soon.  He's just about 8 weeks old now.

My boys were NOT sleepers!  ugh  Parker didnt sleep through the night until he weaned from breastfeeding at 2 1/2.  Elliot has been easier, he started sleeping through the night much sooner than Parker, but he was still over a year old! lol

My daughter started sleeping through the night at 11 weeks, the day she started sucking her thumb....BAM sleeping all night!  lol

My 2 year old still sometimes gets up at night.  We go in and stick a pacifier in his mouth.  Uuuggh, we really need to break the binkie addiction,  but it's so hard.  Or should I say it's easier to just let him have it.

I had a really hard time nursing, I tried for weeks and weeks but my milk never really came in.  I think it was because I have PCOS and my hormones were jacked up.  I nursed almost exclusively for the first few weeks, but when his weight dropped dangerously low (he lost a pound and a half, and was only 6.5lbs at birth) I switched him to formula.  I LOVED nursing, and I cried myself to sleep every night when he started rejecting me.  I had a hard time nursing with my oldest too, but I was able to nurse him until I went back to work at 6 weeks.  But I could never get the hang of pumping, and back then all I had was a hand pump.

PCOS will mess up nursing like crazy!!  You did the best you could.  #1 rule....FEED THE BABY.  You did that, so you're good to go! lol

B: Fit Frappe Mocha

L: Chicken tortilla soup with xtra protein powder, salad

S: greek yogurt, SF Granola, blueberries

D: Pot Roasrt mashed cauliflower (One of my winter favs)

S: ?

E: 21 day fix, leg day - Done

Just an FYI when I get up in the morning I drink 16oz of water with something called Body Effects (I drink Fruit Punch) mixed in. It is a pre-workout drink. Heard about it on FB from WLS peeps. I like it because it hydrates me and has some caffeine and wakes me up, so I can  get that workout in first thing. Buy on Amazon.
