What's on Your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?
Just think how many steps you get running to the bathroom!

Ugh, Kristen, I feel you. Work is a total downer and I think our next company holiday might be Memorial Day. IN LATE MAY. No joke. Yesterday I was a little stir crazy working at home, and although it's cold, I quit work just after 4 and went for a 7 mile walk. The cool air cleared my head. I am also fortunate because I walk on the National Mall, and no matter how many times I go down there, walking around the Lincoln Memorial at sunset is always magical.
I am excited that I have a work trip to Vegas in late February and I am going to stay the weekend and visit Zion National Park in Utah. Planning active trips is still an anomaly to me, but I love it!
Time Since Surgery: 2 years, almost 1 month
B: Tuna made with light mayo and onions
L: Turkey chili
S: Two hard boiled eggs
D: Up in the air, since I will be out
E: SolidCore, although I did so many lunges on Monday that I am beyond sore and not sure I will survive!
I guess I don't know my totals, but I wanted to commiserate with you that this week pretty much is dragging!
Have a better day than morning!
I love that you go on so many trips. Lincoln Memorial at sunset does sound magical. I remember as a kid my first time seeing it was at midnight. We were driving home from a North Carolina vacation, and my Mom decided to do a detour in the middle of the night so we could see it. :)
Zion national Park is awesome...

I don't know, Em. I think you might have the record for meeting the most Menu posters IRL.
