Question about my protein concoction...

Like Grim, I have no problems with the idea of you being able to absorb the protein but am more concerned about the number of calories. That's a lot of calories for one meal. I aim to stay under 200 for each of the three main meals... and I would never want to go over that for a drink. That's just me.
I often still use a protein shake for breakfast. Like you, I really don't want to eat first thing in the morning. My concoction is 1 cup of unsweetened cashew milk (25 cal), 1/2 c water, 1 scoop of Nectar Chocolate truffle (24 grams protein/100 calories) and 2 squirts of chocolate milk splash (0 calories but I count it as 5). Maybe you can keep the protein powder and water down your milk -- and lose the Premiere Protein? It's not even the best protein for us anyhow.
