I'm BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACK.
Everyone at my work annoys me. From my manager with a tooth grill, to the married guys who sleep with the secretaries to the foul mouthed wenches who spend more time talking about my weight than their job.
But I digress....I am zen
Collagen with decaf and hot cocoa
1/2 c of 0% yogurt and 1/2 scoop of protein powder
1/2 c. fairlife skim with 1 scoop of quest vanilla milkshake
1/2 serving of beef fiesta bowl atkins
cream of tomato soup slim 4 life
sugar free hot cocoa
calories 587 protein 95 carbs 21 fat 9
Hi AV! That traffic sounds treacherous! It's also freezing here in DC...apparently it was in the teens this morning. I work from home so I don't have coworkers around to annoy me. We talk via IM or on the phone quite a bit. I honestly like all of my teammates, although one of them is a drama queen who can make anything a BIG deal. She means well, but she is always complaining about something.
I got up early today (Scotland jet lag, I suppose) so before 9 am I had already put all of my laundry away, taken out the trash, and had a full crockpot of comforting turkey chili on low. My turkey chili is basic - onions, green peppers, red peppers, jalapeño, garlic, chicken broth, tomato sauce, tomato paste, ground turkey. No beans for me. It's such a good and high protein meal, and I have enough to eat it for 3 meals today, probably two tomorrow, another one or two on Thursday and the rest will be frozen for a later date.
B: Turkey chili, yep, I had to try it!
L: Turkey chili and cucumber salad
D: Turkey chili
S: Either hard-boiled egg or pickles. Not sure what I will feel like
E: An hour on the elliptical
Totals are 1,200 calories, 97 g protein, 70 g carbs. I hope to not graze/snack this afternoon...late day has become a "witching hour" which has to stop. Also, being close to my time of the month has led me to really want sweets. Ugh.

Well,......I don't work Yahoo!!!!! Seriously, I think I want to again, maybe.
Went to PT this morning and was told to do "nothing". No walking, running, biking, spinning, classes (zumba,boot camp, step etc.), or skating. I am twisted. Didn't need her to tell me, others already have. What the hell am I going to do today????????

It's super cold here this morning too. Thankfully no ice, but when walking from the metro to the office I was sure my eyeballs were going to freeze in their sockets. I'll need to remember a bigger scarf that can cover my face tomorrow.
I am annoyed by various people in the office at different times, but today it is the girl who somehow woke up thinking she is higher-ranking than me. The boss emailed us about something, she responded saying "we'll take care of it" then emails me to see if I'd do it. Uhm... you volunteered, you do it! But I kept my comments to myself and did it anyway.
I don't know what my husband is planning to make for dinner (I don't cook) so here's what I have so far:

L: I didn't have anything to pack, so I'm hoping for baked fish and some veggies from the cafeteria.
S: Chai Latte, maybe popcorn.

What happened to our mild weather? Knew once the New Year came thing would change. Been contemplating a few things for the New Year.
1. Plastic Surgery - have 2 more consults coming up Dr. Capella (NJ) and Dr. Michaels (DC)
2. I need to read more. I follow this blog called Money Saving Mom. I like her, Mom of small kids and she read 75 books last year. What? I am such a slacker. My goal for 2016? 12 books. One a month Book #1: the life-changing magic of tidying up...the japanese art of decluttering and organizing by marie kondo
3. this month I get to meet my granddaughter. My DIL is due Jan. 30th. First grandbaby came a week early, so we will see.
B: Large coffee, 2 poached eggs and grits
L: salad with grilled chicken
S: Premier Protein
D: Meeting - will have salad while there, and chicken tortilla soup with added protein powder when I get home.
E: 21 day fix - arm day finished
