WHAT?!  Just...no.  Stop that self talk right now.  You're awesome no matter how many cookies you've had.  LOL  

We're here for each other because nobody knows the struggles like we do.  Every day (minute, hour, etc) is a new chance.  We've got you, just so you know.

I have failed at my plan EVERY DAY since before Christmas.  Yesterday I ate 3 cookies,  in a row.  I hid from my husband when I  did it.  We are all messed up, we all have our moments. Please don't stay away because you are ashamed. We are here,  we have the same problem, and we will never judge you.

Good Afternoon "AV and the RNY gang" 

I overslept this morning... ugh, I kept waking up but somewhere in my dreams I kept thinking it was 'too early' to get up. Not. I did not get my exercise in this AM because of it, so I am convincing myself to do it later. arghhhh...

B: Whole grain Cream of Wheat(2 Tbsp dry) with added protein powder and fiber

L: Red pepper tomato soup, chicken salad on english muffin

S:Greek yogurt and frozen fruit (whipped in blender like soft serve- yummmm) my newest obsession

D: grilled Teriyaki Chicken, peppers and onions

S: Premier Protein hot chocolate and whipped cream...

It says on the Premier site it is OK to heat up, so I just heat it in the microwave. I stir every minute though so it doesn't get a 'skin' .... so delicious Great change of pace for winter.

One of my favorite ways to make it is premier protein + 2 TBSP Sugar free Torani or DaVInci Syrup and about 1/2c milk. Makes it 16oz of yummy. Personal favorite syrup for this is Peppermint Mocha- yummmm

Must be the day for minor frustrations and disappointments. Was awakened this am when hubby got up about 5 to use the bathroom and stepped in some cat puke. Gross, yes, but yelling about it, does not solve the problem... Anyway, got up to help him clean up the mess. A hunter friend came by while I was still in my bathrobe and dropped off a hunk of venison which hubby decided would make good jerky. So, I had to put aside my morning plans (I was going to work on a painting), to help him. I've always done the big canning, freezing, food preservation here, so he did not know how to deal with it. Anyway, it is cut up now and marinating and will smoke it tomorrow. So, now it's noon and I leave to deliver some paintings to the framing shop about 30 minutes down the road. And, of course, she is closed until Jan 21st. I had forgotten to eat lunch in my hurry to get to the frame shop (still getting used to not feeling hunger) so didn't get lunch until 2pm. But here is my menu for the day even if off schedule...

B 1/4 cup no fat cottage cheese with 5 blueberries...yes, I did count them.

L re-fried beans 1/4 cup with 1 tablespoon of grated cheddar

S nothing because lunch was so late

D steamed shrimp and scallops 1 oz of each 

i have done very well on my liquids today and had cup of herbal tea, a kids sized dose of miralax in 6 oz of water and have already finished 24 oz of water and another cup of herbal tea. The Bigelow Cranberry Apple is yummy to me.
