What's on Your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?
Good morning. I'm fighting a cold (and it's winning) so I alternate between wanting comfort foods and no food. My eating yesterday was not good, meaning I didn't eat what I had planned. I had planned shrimp for dinner and while I made it for the family, the thought of actually eating it repulsed me. Finally around 10pm I had a ham/cheese roll up. Hoping to do better today. Here's the plan:
B: Ground turkey (3.5oz) and shredded cheese (1oz)
L: Chicken thigh meat and carrots
D: Grilled salmon and veggie (out with friends, but we're going to a seafood restaurant. The type of fish may change, but I'll definitely have fish)
S: Ham and cheese roll up, light and fit/pb2 and/or somersaults
TOTALS: Cal: 986; Protein: 100g; Fat: 44g; Carbs: 40g
