What's on Your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?
Good Morning! I'm just throwing this up quick because I have like backtobacktoback meetings this AM. Stupid work.
Time since surgery: 17 1/2 months
B: coffee, 1/2 oz. mixed nuts and a clementine. I love clementines.
S: turkey cheese rollups
L: If it's Wednesday here in the office, that means Chinese and since I've been craving it, I'm going to order egg drop soup and steamed edamame. Mmmmm...Chinese.
D: It's just me tonight, so I'm going to make ham salad with the last of the holiday ham. My husband loves my ham salad but he's not going to be around so it sucks to be him. LOL

Make good choices!
I am a pre-op, but want to get in the habit of posting here for accountability so thought I would start now if that's ok?
B- banana/egg pancakes (2 eggs, 1 smashed banana)
L-salad out (boss just called, so will have to see)
D- 3/4 C tomato soup, lemon pepper tuna lettuce wrap
S-2 T almonds
Calories: I'm aiming for 1200/day pre-operatively, so this should hit it as long as I don't strike out with the salad choice.

The nerve of them scheduling meetings like that :-)
Well today when I stepped on the scale it showed that I hit the 100# lost milestone. I'm not counting it officially until I see it on a Friday, (Friday's are my official weight recording day), but it still feels pretty good to see! I'm toying with what I'm going to do for myself. I was thinking of getting a facial. But then I thought a bit grander, I have this moles around my eyes, about 8 of them, most of them are fairly small, but I think I will see a dermatologist about getting them removed. Some are just starting so are barely raised, but I'd love to get rid of ALL of them. I think I will make that appointment today-- I'm sure by the time I get an appointment I'll be firmly in the 100# lost arena. Depending on the cost-- I probably still get the facial. I uploaded new progress pics to my profile on Monday.
Time since surgery: 8 months
M1- Cream of Wheat (can we say comfort food?)
M2- 2 boiled eggs and a cheese stick
M3- Pork Chop
M4- Chicken sausage w/ pasta sauce.

Good morning all! I am still on my not-earned-at-all vacation, because just 3 weeks after starting the new job, our offices closed from Christmas to New Years!
Loving the time off to spend with family and clean my house. Oh, and I have done a sick amount of shopping to get new clothes. I bought something in an EXTRA SMALL yesterday. Holy sh*t.
I am off to IKEA in a few minutes and already packed up a bunch of snacks to take with me so that I don't accidentally eat a cinnamon bun ;)
B: Espresso protein shake
S: Sargento balanced break
L: Dried cured salami, laughing cow wedge on Mary's Gone crackers
