Good Morning!  We had actual winter weather last night.  LOL  I can't believe it's almost January and this is the first snow of the season here.  We got like 3 inches of snow with ice on top and as it is every single year on the first day of bad weather, every single person in Syracuse has forgotten how to drive.  LMAO  Well, those dumbasses are in luck, because it's back up to 50 degrees by tomorrow!

Time since surgery:  17 1/2 months.  Ish.

B:  coffee, Light & Fit Greek tiramisu (which I'm super excited to try!) and a butterscotch oatmeal bar

S:  beef jerky and 1/2 oz. of mixed nuts

L:  Deli turkey rollups with pork rinds and a cheese stick

D:  a one egg cheese omelet with turkey sausage

TOTALS:  Cals:  860  Protein:  74  Carbs:  55  Fat:  40

Have a great day, my friends!

Thanks for the review.  I'll be on the lookout for it.  Sadly, I have a hard time finding the specialty flavors.  I'm lucky if I can find the caramel apple pie and when I can, I'm like a hoarder!

Morning AngryViking and the RNY Gang (sounds like a Saturday morning cartoon from my childhood). Our weather here was NASTAY last night on the way home, we had freezing rain and sleet. It was a long drive home and my husband is in Chicago, so I had to get there and rush to feed the kids, etc. This morning it's turned to rain, so no snow for us in Detroit.

For Christmas I got an Air Fryer from my mother in law and I tried it out last night by making some frozen tater tots. OMG, there goes plan, right? I had 5 small tater tots (I logged it and came in under 900 calories, so I'm good). I plan on chicken thighs and a small bit of roasted potatoes. I'm going to be searching for healthier recipes to make in this thing, I love kitchen gadgets. I use my electric steamer all the time.

Here is my plan for the day:

B: Light and Fit yogurt and a coffee with cream and splenda

L: romain salad with feta and 4oz of shrimp, with Skinny Girl 10 calorie salad dressing

D: chicken thigh, air fried potatoes

S: thin addictives and a laughing cow light, 1/4 cup of bean with ham soup

Almost 5 months since surgery

Also, I stopped taking my antibiotic last week after my skin had cleared up, and now I'm starting to break out again. I guess that means I go back on for a few weeks. I have a feeling that I'll be taking Doxycycline off and on for my whole life

I am LMAO @ Angry Viking and the RNY Gang.  HA!  And I'm super jealous of your air fryer; I asked Santa for an ActiFry, but he did not deliver.

I'm sorry about your skin issues, I know just how you feel.  My eczema has been a life long struggle

I love me some kitchen gadgets!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!  I bought an electric pressure cooker a few months back, it is awesome!

Oooh, I have one in the basement,  I need to pull it out.

I also have a bread machine that I got last year before I decided to have surgery.  Haven't used it in a while.

I bet you could do some mean roasted veggies, or alternative 'fries' like butternut squash, turnips, carrots... any root veggie works.
