When does the weight loss stop?
On your ticker it says your goal, if I am reading it right, is 130. So you are basically at goal. Are you worried about going below goal? Are you saying you have added protein shakes in, and you weren't drinking them before?
You can do a search of maintenance and probably see other posts on it. Most people say to add 100 calories a day for a week, and keep repeating that every wee****il you get to a maintenance number of calories that seems to work. If you aren't tracking your calories, try My Fitness Pal, so you can get a handle on what you are doing, including if you are being consistent.
Good Luck

Your body will find its own stopping point usually about 10 or 20 pounds under your goal. Your body will stay at that weight until sometime in the third year (for me it was at 30 months). By then your body will have learned how to recover from the effects of RNY and start absorbing calories more efficiently. When that happens most people gain back 10 or 20 pounds and are glad to have had some extra weight loss during the honeymoon period.
Real life begins where your comfort zone ends
At nearly 7 years out, I would doubt it has anything to do with your RNY if you are losing a considerable amount of weight without trying.
Time to get a full work up to determine cause ... There are several causes of unexplained weight loss and your PCP should take this very seriously without thinking it has anything to do with WLS

Have you been seeing a therapist for food and eating related issues? You had posted this same thing 6 months ago, and are the same weight now as you were then. So it seems like the weight loss has stopped. You may have bigger issues with body image or eating anxieties than with actual weight loss.
Could you give us some more details about what you've been going through? You never give us much to go on, and it makes helping you harder.

Are you eating food in addition to the shakes or shakes only? You have been through a lot over the past few years. Are emotional issues leading to you not eat enough? If you are not seeing a therapist, perhaps you need to look into finding one.
