I'm so excited! I had a hard time getting going again after my surgery. I have been trying to be consistent with my walking and using my fitbit to monitor my progress. I have been able to increase over the past couple of weeks and now am walking for at least an hour each morning. As a personal goal I had decided that I wanted to hit 20,000 steps in a day. Today I finally did it! I am sure I wont be doing 20,000 everyday but it sure was nice to start the new year off right.
time since surgery 10 weeks
total lost 46lbs
sorry I don't know how to do the cute little progress bars
That's a lot of walking! Very nice.

That's great!! When you said get going I thought you meant in the bathroom. It's sad where my mind goes.

Awesome!! I love my fitbit. I shoot for 15K steps a day but keep my "official" goal at 10K. I need to feel successful by seeing the star every day.
