Surgery coming up
So next week, I start my 1 week pre-op diet of all protein drinks with 1 small meal a day. Sugery is January 13, and the nerves are kicking in. I'm ready, prepared and excited for this permanent change of life, I guess the devil is just trying to get in the way right now. Any advise for this last bit of time?
My surgeon would be happy if his patients had protein supplements and water for two years and only came up with a diet plan to pacify his patients who worry about what and when they can eat, I'm not really thinking about what I can eat when, that's what got me into this mess anyway. It just seems like commercials about food are on tv every five seconds or showing up in my Pinterest and Facebook boards every time I turn around. I've been on a low carb diet since last March anyway and I know I am not really interested in any of it anyway and I honestly don't crave it at all, I guess it's like I said, the devil is in the details right now.
