Anyone 9 years out???
I think there's a group called "Back-On-Track-Together", but I'm not sure how to get into it.
I'd like to suggest refocusing on your intake. Do a journal of EVERYTHING you eat, every day, for a week or so. You'll probably find the problem of your intake having expanded to include white carbs (I know it did for me). Return to your basics: Protein first, fresh veggies, a bit of fruit, and some good fats (EVOO, cashews, avocado). You need fats to keep your bowels moving. And don't forget to stay hydrated!
You might also want to include some fun exercise in your life, as well. Dance like a fool in front of the TV, do some yoga, ride a bike, go to the gym.
I'm 10 years out, myself.
This may help...I posted it last year I think...

I am almost 8 years out. I never made it to goal. I got to 139 and thought I looked too thin. I was supposed to be at 130. I have since put on weight (I now weigh 172.2, which is down from 181). I have gone back to the basics and come here for support. As a result, I have lost weight. I am holding myself accountable again. I am here to help if you need it. I definitely need the support!!
I am 10 years out. Happy to help any way I can. Have pretty much maintained my wt although I lost 100 lb.s, I would like to have lost another 15-20. But, I am very happy with the current me. I have had a couple of little glitches. I had terrible GERD when I was heavy. Now I know that our pouches do not produce acid but I have had several nocturnal episodes of aspirating BILE!!! Anyone else had this?
