Help can't get comfortable ?
Sometimes being really propped up helps or possibly sleeping in a recliner. Lots of pillow behind you so you are partially sitting up. I didn't sleep much in the beginning either. Just little cat naps all night and all day.

Sleeping in small spurts is a better solution than trying to get a night's rest in the beginning because your body is uncomfortable, and you can prop all the pillows in the world around you but you'll still be somewhat uncomfortable. I also took two pillows and made one to sleep on and hugged the other...heck, I still do that. It helped me some. These days will pass and you'll be resting much more comfortably soon. Take care!

YAY! I feel so much better today. It was not raining so I was able to get out of the house and walk. Probably 1/2 mile each time. I was tired when I got back but as soon as I rested I felt great with minimal pain. I am going to try for 1 more time before the rain starts again. Maybe more walking might help you also? I was amazed at the difference!
