    I am glad that they are being proactive in discovering the answer to all the burping. I will be praying for a speedy recovery with no more complications so you can go on to enjoy the life you were meant to live. Please keep us updated!

Thank you everyone for the kind words,,,2 test done today,,,no holes or obstructions in my intestines or pouch,,but they did find a large cyst in my liver and one in my kidneyi,so tomorrow  surgery on those cysts and biopsies ...not one thing it's another,,,my Dr says these need attention now,, then he will do more tests about the burping,,,,oh I was dehydrated,,3 bags of fluids but weird thing could not take any of my vitamins or protein for 3 days and. My Dr was happy with my labs for those,,go figure..Will keep ya all updated and thank you

  It seems the burping was a blessing in Disguise. I am so glad they found those nasty cysts and are taking care of them right away. Is the burping getting any better now that they have you on the fluids??

not unusual for your labs to be normal. It takes months for the body to use stored vitamins

I've heard of hiccuping after surgery.  When I have pressure I burp a lot.  Do you feel any pressure in your pouch?  I hope they figure this out for you because I think it would be impossible to swallow while burping, which I'm sure is why you are dehydrated.  Best of luck to you with the cysts.  I am glad they found them albeit in a round about way.  Will be thinking of you Terri and hope they resolve both of these issues.

I hope they can figure it out for you.  Similar experience required anti-seizure meds to stop it!  Best wishes for you.

    I am so sorry that the burping has not decreased as of yet. That has to be so frustrating. Hang in there and know that we are standing with you. You will overcome all of these obstacles.

Update...pathologist said negative,,but still had to sent them out,,10 days know for sure,,,so tomorrow's test is an upper gi,,,yahoo get to drink that aweful white barium stuff,,not looking forward to that,,,keeping my fingers crossed they find the cause

You've been on my mind.  Yay for the clean (so far) report on those darn cysts!  I hope there is soon a complete resolve on the burping problem.  I will continue to think of only good thoughts for a complete recovery for you.
