What's On Your Monday Menu, RNYers?
Plus if the new job is more active that will mean more weight loss! My youngest son went from being a college student to working as a horticulture technician at a botanical garden and has lost about 40 pounds without much change to his eating. Carrying and hauling mulch, digging holes to plant trees and walking miles and miles in a day has helped! He looked like a different person when he was home at Christmas!
That is SO EXCITING about the job change!! It can be scary, but I am sure you can handle it!
If I had the opportunity to work at a job where I wasn't sitting on my @ss all day, I would LOVE IT!! I am sick of having to be chained to a desk all day.
Good Morning! It's my birthday!! Happy 2016 to each one of you. Had a great weekend-spent Saturday in San Francisco and logged 22,000 steps!!
Oh I can totally relate to walking a beagle!! I can't walk mine alone anymore as he is a Houdini dog and can get out of his harness and take off from me (If My Hubby is with me he won't do it). Can you take a couple of walk breaks during the day?
