Happy New Year all!
I will be leaving early, but it's been a crazy week and this is the first time I've been able to post. My menu is planned, started the day with my usual protein shake only tried Muscle Milk this time because they were out of the Premier Protein. Not too bad, not as much protein though. Got my workout in this morning too.
Lunch is roast beef & provolone on a small pita, I am trying not to eat bread, but I just "need" it sometimes,
We are staying in tonight as usual, dinner and snacks are accounted for, we will have our usual New Years Eve shrimp ****tail and then some mushroom ravioli with marinara sauce. Ladies, I'm craving the pasta today and I'm giving in tonight only.
Have a Happy New Year and stay safe!
Deanna, I would love to go to lunch with you and your friend if it is in the first 2 weeks after the new year. I wanted to go to Florida for the next 3 months, but have decided to start some physical therapy for a sore hip, from sleeping, hiking and running so I'll be in town for a couple of weeks.
I am a boring old grandma.....have to babysit tonight. Will probably have a glass of wine with hubby. I had a shot glass of wine for Thanksgiving and didn't have a problem.

Happy New Year's Eve, everyone! So far they haven't said anything about springing our office early. However, I'm planning on sneaking out to get a bit of shopping done. We celebrate a late Christmas with my brother and sister-in-law (they go to her family) and I have NOTHING for my brother. Since I'm still fighting a cold, I have no plans for tonight other than to stay in and have a very low key NYE. I bought a rib roast and plan on making that. Have no idea what I'll make with it. We usually host a New Year's Day brunch and serve Lox, Baked Salmon, Cod and Whitefish, bagels, etc. I called in the order for the fish this morning, so that will be one of my stops on my way home. Wishing everyone of you a happy, healthy and successful 2016. I cannot express how much your support has meant, and will continue to mean to me. Here's to a bright future!!
My Plan (such that it is):
B: Ground turkey and cheese
L: Chicken Thigh
D: Beef roast and ???
S: Skinny vanilla latte
Not bothering with totals since so much is up in the air
XOXOXO
Happy New Year's Eve everyone. I am cooking tonight for a dinner party with friends, so have the benefit of controlling the menu. I am making lobster bisque, shrimp scampi with angel hair pasta (lots of garlic) and a spinach and arugula salad with pear, blue cheese and spiced pecans. Between the lobster and the shrimp, I am good. I will leave the rest alone. I am factoring in a couple glasses of champagne in.
Have an amazing evening everyone!
