Leaving work early sounds wonderful, it will NOT happen for me, but I hope you enjoy your short work day!!

Confession time: I am up about 4 1/2 lbs right now.  I NEED to get my head on straight again!! I am scaring myself with how I am eating lately.  Slider, high carbs foods just sit better in my tiny tummy, and I have let that become like an excuse to eat them!!  NO NO NO .  ugh    I REALLY wish I didnt have so much trouble with most meats.  Working out isnt happening.  Work, kids, our living situation all make it impossible

(almost) 9 months since surgery

B: 3/4c Fairlife skim milk, 2 scoop syntrax milk chocolate

L: 4oz canned tuna, 2 tbsp fat free Italian dressing

D: "pizza chicken" 1.5oz pounded flat chicken breast, 2 tbsp low carb marinara, 1oz RF mozz cheese, 1/4oz mini pepperonis

S: 1oz beef jerky, 2 Baybel light cheese, Dannon L&F Greek yogurt

Totals: Cals: 724  Protein: 108  Carbs: 25  Fat: 19

Now I just need to STICK WITH the damn menu I made for myself!!!

That pizza chicken is a great idea and sounds delicious.  I'll have to try that out one day soon.
