What's On Your Thursday Menu, RNYers?
Everyone be safe tonight! I am old and boring and all I do is stay home! Lily and I will walk 3.2 miles at the park about 11 and then another 1.2 sometime after dark. I will also do 30 minutes on the bike here in a bit. Post op 40 months and weight at 122 today. Here's the eats B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 1 c chili with cheese D 31/2 Oz ground beef and 1/2 c broccoli cauliflower mix S Greek yogurt (pumpkin cheesecake). Leaving work early sounds wonderful, it will NOT happen for me, but I hope you enjoy your short work day!!
Confession time: I am up about 4 1/2 lbs right now. I NEED to get my head on straight again!! I am scaring myself with how I am eating lately. Slider, high carbs foods just sit better in my tiny tummy, and I have let that become like an excuse to eat them!! NO NO NO . ugh I REALLY wish I didnt have so much trouble with most meats. Working out isnt happening. Work, kids, our living situation all make it impossible

B: 3/4c Fairlife skim milk, 2 scoop syntrax milk chocolate
L: 4oz canned tuna, 2 tbsp fat free Italian dressing
D: "pizza chicken" 1.5oz pounded flat chicken breast, 2 tbsp low carb marinara, 1oz RF mozz cheese, 1/4oz mini pepperonis
S: 1oz beef jerky, 2 Baybel light cheese, Dannon L&F Greek yogurt
Totals: Cals: 724 Protein: 108 Carbs: 25 Fat: 19
Now I just need to STICK WITH the damn menu I made for myself!!!
Happy New Years All! I will be working a full day today but hoping it's better than the last two which have been too busy! Got in a nice 6 miles on the treadmill this morning and burned off some of the stress of the last few days so feeling pretty good.

D: Sweet and Spicy tuna packet with some baby carrots and SF chocolate pudding
