I've been married for 17 years to a wonderful woman whose put up with her share of "OMG GARY, WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO THE LIVING ROOM?" (the kids) and, "WHAT HAPPENED TO THE COUCH CUSHIONS?" (my fort of solitude).
But, all in all, we've worked, traveled, raised two GREAT kids (almost in college) Been through ups and downs, like any great love affair I suppose. I consider myself to be a responsible parent, tax paying citizen whose love of Country and community are unsurpassed.
But tonight, my wife looked me right in the eye, and asked me if I would, "smash her Temple of Syrinx" see (iloveravens) ..."please"? WTF bro?
Okay here's WAY TMI. We've not done anything intimately since a week before my Aug. 24 surgery date. So, she's is getting antsy, so to speak. I've personally been worried about the protein spent during eja... (you fricken know what I mean.) But, I put my fears of severe protein deficiency aside for the required 90 minutes of (see above^)
I WAS SPECTACULAR!!!! ...................for 37 SECONDS!!! I know, shut up!
But, finally to a question. How often should I aim for (no pun intended) a week? I'm serious about the protein thing though. I currently aim for 100 grams a day. Is that enough to properly smash away? It's WAY more important to you-know -who, to know this than me. I know this site is mostly women for two reasons. 1. There's no pictures of guy's poop. and 2. Nobody EVER wants to talk about football. So, ladies, please be gentle. And Thanks again.
You are getting a great amount of protein so you shouldn't worry. Consider the energy you exert as a form of cardio exercise. Carry on, my friend.

You made your wife wait 4 months? That is crazy. How often did you have sex before your surgery? If you have sexual issues you should speak to your doctor about that.
You should probably ask this on the Men's Forum if you have not already.
