Good Morning! Stay strong Kristen. Next week is when all of the goodies will be around our office-it's a busy time of year for us and any and all stress relief revolves around food (donuts, cookies, pizza, bagels...you name it and it will be in this office from now until February). Well, I lied we do get some jeans days thrown in here and there so I guess that helps. Got my shopping done, except I will have to hit Macy's this weekend since I got a $15.00 to spend (darn them LOL!).

3.2 miles done early with Lily and will do another 1.2 before bed. Post op 3.5 years and weight at 122.2 today. Don't feel bad about no tree Kristen. I don't decorate either since the boys are no longer home! Seems like a waste of time to me and we spend the holiday at my in laws anyway. Here's the food plan for the day B 1/2 c steel cut oats with extra protein and 1 T peanut butter L 1/2 c sloppy Joe meat and 1/2 c sweet potatoes with cinnamon D the ham and beans I didn't get made last night I think. Have a great day full of smart choices everyone!
Very excited to share... I have reached ONEDERLAND!! Woop! Woop! Yesterday I was 199 and today - my official weigh-in day, I am 198! I have lost 6lbs in the last 2 weeks which is amazing because I have only been losing about 2-3lbs a month... The only thing I can figure is on my blood test my thyroid was low so Doc increased my thyroid med, he said I might start losing again. It is also significant because I am in single digits to reach goal of 'normal' bodyfat/BMI - 9 pounds.
Going on my 3rd PS consult today. I will post tonight on PS forum about consults 2 and 3. It is interesting.
B: tea, Whole grain cream of wheat with added protein and fiber
