What's On Your Monday Menu, RNYers?
Good luck at the consult! I'm learning so much from you - thanks for sharing so generously!!

137 pounds lost - from a 24/26W to a size 8/10!
Happy Monday all. Only Christmas shopping is till have to do if for my husband. I need to buy frames for the kids school pics I'm giving the in-laws, and mailing my parents the pics I have for them (I got those frames this weekend).
Friday I took my wedding rings to the jeweler and got them re-sized. I tried buying a cheap ring set to get me through till goal-- but it turned my finger black. Rather than shelling out more $$ for another cheap ring I just decided to re-size it now. It was re-sized from a 8.5 to 7.25. They look like new again too :-) I actually wanted them @ a 7, but the jeweler was too apprehensive of making them that small. At least the threat of losing them is gone.
I did well eating wise this weekend. Though last night I was making a cheesecake for work. Nibbled on 1/2 a graham cracker and licked WAY too much cheesecake batter...(yummmm!) My plans for the day are lackluster:
Time since surgery: ~8 months
M1: Scrambled eggs with Cheese and Virginia ham
M2: Yogurt
M3: 2oz Sriracha Chicken Breast and Virginia ham wrapped in a cheese stick
M4: ? No clue. I'm leaving work early so I have time to figure something out.

TRUE CONFESSIONS....from a cheapskate
- I love all Christmas carols. LOVE!!! If I could roll around naked in them I would. Pantatonix Mary Did you know if my fave....right now.
- last week was a rapid devolution into carb hell! I managed to hang on to my stats until about Thursday and that's when all hell broke loose. It ended with a handful of starburst and these processed delicious bites called dorito overloads at the movie Krampus Friday night. I was trying to blame this mornings weigh in on a stall... but lets call giving into my inner fat girl what it is.
- TMI alert. I have been thinking about skinny sex. I have had a hard time embracing my new much tinier body but this weekend I actually found myself thinking about stuff that hasnt gone on in a LONG time so I think maybe that is a step in the right direction. DON"T JUDGE ME!
So now I am back on the band wagon and I am going to give it a go doing my food a day in advance
skinny decaf peppermint mocha with a scoop of collagen
TJ Smoked Chicken sausage
Lazy lasagne
Protein hot cocoa
Cream of chicken soup

Yes I am still alive here in Illinois! My tablet died so I have had no computer access. I have missed you guys!! Hubby got me a new tablet for Christmas and gave it to me early so here I am again! Had a good weekend and have been busy since I was here last. Hubby retired at the end of October so now we have free time to travel or do wnatever! We bought a 29 ft Jayco Eagle DVD and can't wait to get to use it. Last week we went to Atlanta to see my youngest who has been there since August! It was great to see him loving his job and being in dependent. Also happy that he gets to come home for a few days for Christmas. Weight wise I no longer struggle with getting too low but stay between 120 and 123 now. I still eat on plan 98 percent of the time and walk 41/2 miles with Lily my boxer everyday. She even went to Atlanta with us and did great riding in the car. We stayed in Red Roof Inns because they welcome pets and don't even charge an extra fee. I was hoping she would do well as I don't want to kennel her since she spent her first 6 years in a crate at a puppy mill. Here's my menu for today B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein powder and peanut butter L 31/2 Oz grilled fish 1/2 c green beans D1 c venison chili S Greek yogurt (pumpkin cheesecake). Walked 3 miles with Lily in the rain and will do another 11/2 before bed. Have a great day everyone!
