Good Morning! Congrats on NORMAL BMI!!!My daughter's Winter concert got moved until they get back from break, I guess the teacher felt that they needed more practice since they couldn't play for 2 weeks while the Santa Shop was open (glad this is the last year I "get" to deal with that, I am sure some of you have felt my pain here...She asks for 20.00 to shop for us and the things are well..let's just say not the best quality and how many Grandma mugs does my mother-in-law need :)

Christmas songs..hmmm I like most of them but I can't think of the one you describe so I will need to search and see which one it is.  I will say Silver Bells isn't a fav.

Time since surgery: 15 months

B: SF latte, egg beaters with spinach and cheese, fruit (apple slices and dried figs)

L: Sweet and spicy tuna pack with 5 whole wheat ritz crackers, baby carrots and L&F cheesecake yogurt

S: SF latte and pumpkin pie quest bar

D: P3 pack and a banana

E: None (I seem to have hurt my foot somehow so I am giving it some rest)

V/W: On track

Totals: Cals:1172 Protein:100 Carbs:148 Fat:29

I just listened to exactly 40 seconds, and I absolutely had to stop it.  What on earth??? And it looks to be over 5 minutes long.  My ears would never recover!

I pretty much hate anything by Dan Fogelberg, so no surprise that song may be the worst Christmas song ever.

Today is my Friday-- its the only reason I can muster any semblance of a smile. (I love my career-- but HATE my current role.) I'm anxiously waiting for Santa to bring me a new boss (there's a good chance since a new mayor is coming in in January...)

M1: 2 scrambled eggs, Virginia ham and blackberry all-fruit. (And 10 tater tots my son didn't have time to finish-- which proceed to give me an upset stomach b/c, as if I hadn't already learned-- fried foods don't agree with me). 

M2: Beef stew

M3 & M4: No clue. 

5'6.5" High weight:337 Lowest weight:193/31 BMI: Goal: 195-205/31-32 BMI

Good morning all!  I had master's swim and then an early morning meeting so i am late to the posting party.  I didn't check in yesterday because I was ashamed.  I ate like an idiot yesterday.  I let my cravings control me.  I couldn't figure out why I was so hungry until I went to the bathroom around mid-day.  Thank you Mother Nature for this wonderful gift.  Ugh...  Anyway, today I had a donut at the meeting and I ended up throwing away half of it because it tasted horrible.

Worst Christmas song: Santa Claus is coming to town.  Just annoys the crap out of me.

B: Coffee with cream and Mission low carb tortilla with PB

B2: Snickerdoodle and iced coffee with cream

B3: 1/2 Jelly donut

S: Meat Stick 

L: Salad with chicken and HB egg

S: Protein Coffee
