Deanna, I have been using them for about a year. I so wish they would have been around when I was a newbie!  I think you will like them.  

I hope so.  I hate chewablesi and I'm  having a hard time getting everything in.  This should do it for me. 

Deanna, I used the patch for month 3 and my labs were great.  I asked Tiffiny (PA) at Henry Ford Hospital and she okayed the patch at my 3 month visit.  I take B-12 sublingual every other day and a 50,000 Vitamin D, 1x per week.

All my numbers were good,  except my iron was a little low.  I plan on taking my B12 sublingual everyday.

I wonder how the iron and calcium in the patch work together,  does it still bind together like if you're talking orally? No way to separate that,  ya know?

Use caution I have been using the multi vitamin, B12 and Calcium, just had labs drawn all my labs came back very low. Have to start back on the disgusting chewables.  If you use the patch good luck they were super easy to use. I had used the patch for about 6 months prior to draw.
