First year follow up

I am happy that so many of you have liked my post and made some very nice and encouraging replies as well. I remember how scared and undecided I was before surgery. Then I found this site and got most of my questions answered that my Dr had not had the time to answer in our office visits. Don't get me wrong, he was great and very informative, but to remember all of the questions to ask was daunting to say the least.

I just wanted to give an update on my status as well as encourage others who may be scared and undecided before their surgery. It was not a magic bullet, but it has been the closest thing to it that I have ever come across. Even though my road had a few bumps, it was still the best avenue I could have ever chosen to save my life, and I am very thankful that I did!
