Gallstone?
Last week after dinner I had terrible chest pain with pain in both arms. It lasted about 15 minutes. I am suspecting gallstones. I have a doctor appointment Monday. I have had four more similar attacks all right after eating. Does this sound like a gallbladder problem? Anyone gone through this before?

I am not sure at all. I am off to buy a PPI. Will let you know if it helps. I thought about calling an ambulance or someone to take me to the hospital but it was over in about 15 minutes. Each time it happened right after eating a meal.
I have never had any heart issues, but never had anything like this either.

GB attacks happened for me after food with fat or sugars. Pain after eating any other solid food - I.e very lean chicken indicated intestine narrowing.
What you described - I had pain like that when I had hernia... "Crying in pain, on floor, unable to move... " then 15 min later I was fine... Little sore inside but with no pain..
My test was - drinking fat free protein shake - I was fine, no pain, or very minimal. Same shake made with full fat coconut milk (10 gr of fat in a shake) and the pain was horrible.
Fat stimulates bile. If you have GB problem - it should react to fat in a shake. If you have narrowing - blockage - you eaither have pain with both, or none of the shakes (assuming same consistency and same protein).
If you have small bowels obstruction - the pain could be there if you drink liquids.

I don't know if I had the typical gallbladder poop-out experience, but I would have random afternoon attacks of sharp, stabbing pain in my abdomen that were over with in about 10 minutes. I was 18 and thought they were gas until one didn't go away and I wound up in the hospital with severe pancreatitis from the blocked bile duct.
When I had my gallbladder attack I was getting slight pain in my stomach for a couple of weeks, I thought it was just what I ate or the amount I ate. The one that sent me to the ER was about 20 mins after I ate I had terrible pain in the top of my stomach right below my chest and even worse pain in my back opposite the stomach pain. I literally felt like my back was gonna explode.
When my gallbladder acted up, I had chest pain and sometimes it radiated from front to back. Arm pain too. Could very well be gallbladder, but certainly a good idea to try the ppi. Hope you sort it out soon.

I don't think the PPI could hurt you. But some types like omeprazole can take 4 days to give relief. Some others can start to help much quicker.
Keep us posted. Feel better.

Classic gall bladder pain starts just at the bottom upside down V of the rib cage and then it "travels" to the right around the body and ends in the back opposite of where it started. Your pancreas is close to the middle of your belly and mostly on the right. It makes sense with the way the pain moves on your body. My gall bladder attacks lasted for hours not just 15 minutes. The first one and most others were the double over at the waist type of pain. I never had pain in the arms. Do not do what I did by letting your attacks (whatever they might be) go for 18 months. My gall bladder problem and removal ended with pancreatitis and a one hundred and seventeen day hospital stay - yes 117. I almost died.
