Excercise!

I've been working with a personal trainer for a few months. I'm starting to see great results, and clear definition in my arms. But there's still as much empty arm skin as there is arm filled with muscle, and I know I'll still need plastics if I ever want to wear something with shorter than 3/4 sleeves. Exercise will not shrink stretched out skin.
I've had good results with running, push-ups, and weight lifting. A lot of it is genetics, how long you've been obese, etc.

I also have some wing action going on but I can't afford plastics. I lift weights to help with it and it is making a difference. Whatever wounds are left, are just going to be left unless I win the lottery. Well, I don't even play the lottery, so that would be a no for me!
