Excercise!

I have been doing Zumba for  a while now but it does nothing for the bingo wings.  I literally have not 'excersied' the arms for years before surgery and nothing since.   It is like I've got wings.  I know thye will nto completely go but any suggestions?

I had pretty good results with exercising my arms on weight machines.  The excess skin did not go away but the muscle fills it up.

Start saving for plastic surgery.  Seriously, exercise isn't going to do much if anything for loose skin.  You may build up muscles that you can see but there will still be the loose skin.

I've been working with a personal trainer for a few months. I'm starting to see great results, and clear definition in my arms. But there's still as much empty arm skin as there is arm filled with muscle, and I know I'll still need plastics if I ever want to wear something with shorter than 3/4 sleeves. Exercise will not shrink stretched out skin.

I've had good results with running, push-ups, and weight lifting.  A lot of it is genetics, how long you've been obese, etc.

I also have some wing action going on but I can't afford plastics.  I lift weights to help with it and it is making a difference.  Whatever wounds are left, are just going to be left unless I win the lottery.  Well, I don't even play the lottery, so that would be a no for me!
