Hunger pains
I really appreciate your reply. It really gives me a lot to think about and try. I can see some different avenues I can take to feel fuller longer. I go back to the Dr on the 19th and if this is still an issue I will definitely talk to him. Thanks again!

You may need to drink more, generally. I am creature of habit and until I go****er and vits down to a habit it was hard o get them in. My habit - multis after BF, and cals after lunch and dinner. I do not have to take iron. I also that thyroid in the am, then wait at least an hour before eating. I eat BR later in the morning and drink a bunch before BF - water in the first hour after I take the thyroid then and anything, prob 16 oz. That gets a jump on the day. You may develop a routine that is different, but I would encourage to find one that works for you, so don't have to think of a plan for everyday. I keep bottles of water and those ice tea powder straws in my car, so I don;t have an excuse.
If your urine is not a very light color - you need to up your fluid intake. That is your informal test. Someone wrote a little while ago that a chart is often posted in gym bathrooms to show the correct color (I have been to a lot of gyms but I never saw this, but I'm sure there is something available on the internet.)
When I am well hydrated, I usually don't have the 'I have to have something to drink with a meal' feeling. A few days ago, I realized I had a bad aftertaste and I BRUSHED MY TEETH instead of drinking. This was new behavior for me and I laughed at myself.
