What's on Your (photo) Friday Menu, RNYers?
Ok, so since going low carb I have ditched most of my lattes and I found a nice "replacement" at Starbucks. I ask for a grande blonde roast with one pump sugar-free mocha and two pumps sugar-free syrup, then I add a couple of splenda packets and half and half. It isn't a latte but it helps with urge! It's also way cheaper :)
Great idea! It sounds yummy! I will switch to that, but I may have to satisfy my craving with a holiday spice flat white. Ugh. If I give up my beloved somersaults (who knew I would ever say that about hard buttons of ground seed??) today, I can have my coffee and stay at the same carb level. So many choices!
