Friday is a day off for me so there will never be photo evidence of what I am wearing. I am getting the house prepped for painting tomorrow so just another nail in the coffin of permanent proof of what have on.

One thing I am realizing is when I need to eat I think I am getting SUPER cranky. Like rip your head off and stuff it down your throat cranky. I dont have hunger pains at all so I am going to try and monitor this...and the world breathed a collective sigh of relief.

Wow I didn't know Wendy's would do that!  In a pinch, I would get the sandwich and throw everything else away, which seems like such a waste.  This is great tip for road warriors!  Thanks :-)

Hey everyone,

So happy it's Friday! We just learned of a major problem at my job so I may have to work for part of the weekend... but I am trying not to think about it.  If I stop looking at work email and don't pick up the phone, they can't expect me to work right? right? 

Anyway... very happy to be getting back to tracking and planning.  The scale isn't moving this week, but I've hit a point of what my husband calls "major morphing."  I've lost inches and apparently a considerable amount - he sees it, and I have a little proof from my clothes.  I still use GwynnieBee.com to rent work gear - I'm down to a size 10 or 12 depending on style, and while they specialize in plus sizes they do have some size 10's and 12's.  Well I received my shipment last week, loved the dresses, and put them in the closet to wear this week and next.  Pulled one out on Wednesday and - too big.  Like, ridiculous falling off no way I can wear it big.  I tried on the others and, same thing.  They fit nicely last week.  Well, back they go;  Apparently I've dropped a size despite no action on the scale. YEAH!!! 

I think it's nearly time to end my GwynnieBee membership and move on - I'm going to try latote.com.  Do any of you have any experience with them?  

Back to tracking.  Here is my plan.  I did a cut and paste from MFP today! 

Time since surgery - 8 1/2 months

Breakfast - Jello - Sugar Free Fat Free Butterscotch Pudding (Prepared W/skim Milk), 0.5 cups

Lunch - Mexican Beef and Bean Bake, 1 serving(s)

Dinner - Kirkland Signature - Tilapia Loins, 4 oz, Carrots - Fresh, Raw, Baby, 3 ounce

Snacks - Coffee with Cream - Half and half, 2 oz(s),  Unjury - Protein - Chicken Soup, 1 scoopTotals:  660 cals, 43 carb, 21 fat,  71 protein

Thanks sweets! I am only 5'4 - 5'5".  When I started any sort of non-plus size seemed like a fantasy.

Ok, rant over :)  Hi Kristen and everyone!  It sounds like some good weekends are planned.  I have a big holiday party tomorrow night and I am wearing a super sassy jumpsuit, which I am pretty excited about.  If being excited to dress up and look sexy isn't an NSV, I don't know what is!

My menu today is great.  I had a former coworker over for breakfast so she could shop in my closet (another NSV, being the same size as people) and I put out a European spread.

B: Hard boiled egg, 2 small turkey sausage, 1 oz cheese, 3 olives, coffee (before the food, obvi)

L: Mediterranean tuna salad, berries, maybe a few pita chips

D: Mexican (out at a happy hour with friends) so I will eat the inside of shrimp tacos

S: Margaritas (not ideal, I know)

I lost 2 lbs in 3 days eating high protein and low carb.  Shocking how that works, right?  (insert ironic sigh here)

I am not allowed to exercise (I got a seroma in my armpit from my arm lift and yesterday my surgeon poked it and let some fluid drain out but it's still irritated) but I got my 10,00 steps in with a walk at 6:45 am - it's cold but sunny here in the East!  Have a great weekend, everyone!
