I can only eat 1 slice atm. My daughter absolutely loves it too ^^ I take the leftover spaghetti squash and add spaghetti sauce with ground turkey for dinner after the pizza is gone. My daughter loves that too, she misses having "Pasta" for dinner hehehe.

Good morning AV. I'm glad that you are cutting out early, even if it's just to go work at your dads. I must say that I get a little jealous of those of you who have a good relationship with your fathers. My father is mentally ill, and was a horrible person when I was growing up. We stopped talking to him when I was 13 and I've seen him twice as an adult. The last time was in May at my grandfathers funeral. I was polite, but I have no desire to have a relationship. He's a schizophrenic and is just a strange man in general. I have forgiveness in my heart for what he did to us as kids, but that doesn't mean that I want a relationship with him. But I sometimes long for a "normal" childhood, with a mother and a father and the family unit. I know that the traditional family unit is not really all that normal anymore, but a girl can dream. Sorry for being a downer, just being a little wistful, lol.

Therapy was my reset last night. I'm determined to get on track and stay there. I had that epiphany yesterday about how much weight I've lost in comparison to how much more I need to lose and it really kicked me in the butt. I've lost 86, but to get to my goal I only need to lose another 65, and for my doctors goal it's only 37lbs. If I keep on track with my 13lb weightloss a month, I can reach my goal in the next 5 months and my doctors goal in 3 months. I've lost 13lbs a month for the last 3 months. Today is my 4 month surgiversary, and it all just seems amazing to me. I'm bound and determined to start exercising some as well. I'm going to get Zumba Fitness for the xbox One that never gets used at my house and start doing that a couple times a week, I've also decided to start running on the weekends to prepare myself for the 5k I'm running in early April.I can't seem to schedule time during the week, but I know I can spare an hour on the weekend to get off of my butt and get moving.

We're going to Bronner's Christmas Wonderland tomorrow. It's in a great little town called Frankenmuth, MI. It's a cute little Baviarian Village and Bronner's is the worlds largest Christmas store. I love that place. We're getting pitures with Santa and I'm sure I'll pick up some trinkets to gift to my co-workers. Here's a link to their online store, it really is a magical place:

Bronners Christmas Wonderland

Food:

B: 1oz chicken jerky, decaf with SF peppermint mocha creamer

L: 4oz shrimp with ****tail sauce, some green beans (I grabbed a can from the cupboard quickly in case I need it)

D: 4oz slow cooker country ribs with a little bbq sauce

S: Syntrax Grapefuit and a Light and Fit Greek Cherry yogurt. I'm finally trying all of the packs from the sampler pack I bought. I like this one.

Totals:

I stuck to plan yesterday and stayed under 50 carbs. I'm tracking all weekend and if I get a chance I may even start the menu thread: weekend edition.

Zumba is a better workout than most would think. At the start I just kinda ignored any of the "jumps" in a song cause I didn't want to hurt my knees because of how big I was. Have fun ^^

No,  but I think someone has bought it for me for Christmas anyway.  It's very nice of you to offer.

I also asked for a beginners yoga dvd and yoga mat. I'll see how that goes.
