My daughter took a pic of me(hence blurry) in my new coat that actually fit ^_^ (pretty sure my arm wings got folded around, didnt feel very good lol)

B: Protein coffee and eggface crustless quiche bites
S: 1/2 protein bar + 1/2 pckg. thinaddictives pistachio(i wish i could dip this in my coffee)

I am slightly annoyed today because I finally got my lab work, and found that half the things I mentioned to my PCP that I needed to keep track of, she didn't order.

I got it from another girl that posts on here ^^ i take a little bit of water and mix some vanilla protein powder until its dissolved, then add the coffee and mix carefully because the hot coffee will make your cup explode if you shake like crazy and dont let any of the steam out :P
