Probitics
I read and was told that taking probiotics while you take antibiotics is a waste of money.
That is what I learned from reading too.
Generally one takes the antibiotics and after the course is over, takes the probiotics to outcompete any negative bacteria and replenish the good bacteria that have been lost.

My surgeon as part of the Stanford Bariatric Group did that study. I take probiotics and they have been successful at keeping me regular. I take Culturelle, not sure on the spelling.

I take the CVS generic version of rephresh for good female health. Not sure it does any good but WTH?
