Sabatoge!
1)Get some zinc losenges.. use one every other day for three times., when it gets to tasting bad your zinc is high enough... within two weeks your hair should stop turning loose..I use it and my maintainence is about one per week most weeks, sometimes it is just one half of a losenge. They are marketed as cold medicine under the name cold-eze.
2) Stop kidding yourself,... remove the treats from the house and your routine. You have to Take control, No one can do this for you.
3) Get the protein in, get your supplements. and get moving and stop feeling sorry for yourself....the exercise will help with that.
Most of us have bad days and sometimes a week, we just have to suck it up and do the work to get the loss going again.
Hang in there , Don't give up on yourself.
Look at your own face in the mirror. Tell yourself "I are worth this effort". .."I" am worthy...No food will control my life... I can do this!" Believe yourself and believe in yourself. Take care!
You got this! You have what it takes to get back on track! Don't let your old way of thinking sideline your diet plan. You have a diet plan for a good reason and you have good reason to stick to it. You are important and worth not sacrificing your health by eating unhealthy "treats". Find a satisfying, healthy alternative to treats. Don't buy the bad stuff, don't have it in the house if you can't resist the temptation. Use distraction methods when you crave those diet crashers... take a walk or exercise... clean out that junk drawer you've been wanting to tackle.... start that book you've been wanting to read, call an old friend, call your support person to help you, take a drive, meditate. Are you attending support groups regularly?
YOU CAN DO IT !!!!!!

I am in your boat at the moment and this week is a humbling week for me as I have lowered my daily calories quite a bit, trying to get myself together. I was giving myself some excuses for a while, allowing some food festing to occur. But, everyone is right, we are worth way more than the food that has hurt us all these years. Let's all sing a Taylor Swift song, break up with food...and move on!
