What's on Your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?
Ok, I am weird. I dont carry a purse. I have a wallet phone case and put some stuff in there. I put THAT in the back of my pants(often tucked into my underwear now that I wear it...HA!) Makes for some weird conversations at work but there it is.
Not a stellar day, too many convenience foods for my liking
1/2 TJ sausage
Mr Cheese Os(love but killed my calorie count)
1/2 Chicken Cordon Bleu
Vanilla protein shake with decaf coffee and 3 tbs sugar free peppermint mocha creamer
Protein Hot Cocoa
BBQ protein chips
2 pieces of sugar free cinnamon candy
Calories: 765 Protein 101 Carbs 35 Fat 24
TRUE CONFESSION TIME: it is day 2 of MFP and I can see we will have a love/hate relationship. I went to eat a cinnamon disk and while it was in my mouth I started to log it. That candy shot out of my mouth like a rocket when I saw the carb count. My beloved cinnamon disks are no more. BUT I have lost 1.3 pounds this week since I started. I think I was falling victim to sneaky carbs(little things that can't hurt but they do)

Way to go on your tracking. it really is easy to just pop a mint into your mouth without logging. I did it today. I have some SF wintergreen lifesavers and I had one. Now you've reminded me that I need to log that little gem, because it's not air.

Yeah, I almost had a heart attack when I found out that just one of my beloved chocolate parfait Nips is 30 calories. I don't think I've ever had just one.
Oddest thing in my bag: Nothing-- all typical purse stuff. I actually cleaned it out this morning when I got into work-- receipts were crammed everywhere.
M1: 2 Scrambled egg with Spiral ham
M2-4: No freaking clue. I didn't feel like packing a lunch bag or going through the freezer to find something to take out to eat. I should have brought my Fairlife milk with me today-- maybe that'll be dinner. I'll probably go to Wawa for lunch.

It's a convenience store chain. We don't have any in MA but I have seen them all over NJ.
Great question of the day! I was at a charity dinner in October and they played a Let's Make a Deal kind of game. Our table won because I had a bottle of gel nail polish, a tape measure, a highlighter and a $2 bill. I also have a dog collar, two empty containers of breath saver mints (yes, empty. Apparently I'm also a hoarder), a plastic spoon and receipts probably from sometime last year. Yay me!
Carb detox day 2 for me and my plan looks ok!
B: Ground turkey with spinach and an ounce of shredded cheese
L: Hamburger patty with grilled onions, half an apple
D: Leftover turkey (from Thanksgiving No. 2) and mashed carrots
S: Somersaults, Light and fit and PB
Totals: Cal: 1036; Protein: 114g; Fat: 37g; Carbs 52 g (I may need to nix the apple to keep my carbs under 50g)

Quick post today from my phone while at a client site. 3 hours travel both ways, plus a 12 work say in between. Not a fun day by any stretch. Powering through and I'm here to be accountable!

L - deli turkey 2 oz, 1 slice American cheese, lettuce, 1T dressing
S - dannon light and fit
D - unjury chicken soup
E - 20 min quick walk
Torals: 646 cals, 88 protein, 18 fat, 64 carb (that milk was a killer)

137 pounds lost - from a 24/26W to a size 8/10!
Since I started going to the gym I just put all of my important cards etc in a little pouch that I wear on my wrist like a bracelet :P no purse for me.
