Usually for me if I alter the calories I have to do it twice in a row, then it sticks. I have no idea why that happens, but if I change it, go back to the main page, then go back under goals and change it again it sticks. Sorry, I would've included that in my original post, but I hadn't seen your post. I was focusing on the Carbs/Protein/Etc. that the OP was asking about without being premium/on a computer. Maybe try the double change and it'll work for you too?

Yes, I agree! I have tracked daily since the start, but sometimes it is too hard to get it all into the app before I pack my food for the day and run out the door, so I "eyeball" it. I'm pretty good at getting it about right with a lot of practice, but there are still days that I am shocked by the numbers and have to rethink dinner because the day was not what I thought it was!

I did that early out but as time marches on I'm not as organized!
