What's On Your Monday Menu, RNYers?
No low carb for me this past weekend either, I ate stuffing every day, not a lot, but a little every day, except for last night when I used the last of it for stuffed mushrooms and I ate 6 of them. I didn't eat chips or junk food, just stuffing, and a little of my amazing gravy and I don't even want to think how much butter I ate this weekend; there was butter on the turkey, in the gravy, in the stuffing, but everything tasted delicious, combine that with not working out for 3 days since I was knocked out with a cold and run down. I have not been on the scale yet, tomorrow is D day. I'm dreading it!
I'll join you on the low(er) carb challenge. Given the macros I'm working with lately, I'll try to keep it under 50g. I'll probably have to start tomorrow. Having plumbing issues at home and didn't want to actually cook anything requiring cleaning, so I made overnight oats, which bumps my carb count waaaayyyy up. Anyway, here's to a low carb week!

Hi!
i hope everyone's body is lighter then there wallets after the weekend :-) Ours was quiet/low key. I had a bad cold Friday/Saturday but that didn't stop me from shopping. Feeling much better today. I'm home again, celebrating my anniversary- we're staying in bed all day.
