I am Sorry about Posting the Low Carb Recipes on the forum. i didn't mean to upset the creators of these recipes in anyway. I was just wanting to share them with others in a nice little format to make convenient. I apologize for upsetting you all.  I'm glad that they were deleted because I had no idea how to do so.  I will keep these to myself and again I am sorry.

246 in Dec 2008 before banded 1/28/09 at 215 lbs, band crapped 9/09 at 170 lbs and struggled with it and regained to 203 revised to bypass on 8/1/11 and am very happy.

I'm not upset Pumpkin--only now left to wonder forever why the EMERGENCY MEATBALL recipe instructs to use clean hands combining ingredients when it's a freakin'   E - M - E- R- G- E- N- C- Y   to get those meatballs made.

And please stop beating yourself up about this. Pre-op I know I always thought of myself as a screw-up. Woe is me, I did everything wrong, and was always apologizing. I had to grow a backbone and stand up for myself to be successful not only with my weight loss, but in life. If I make a mistake now, I learn from it and move on. I do not dwell on my mistakes anymore.
