Still trying to get my **** together. Had a successful day yesterday. Have not lost weight in 10 days--not a stall--just overeating. Either a eat a double portion, or unhealthy foods. So here goes the plan:
B: Protein Coffee (5 oz protein shake)
L. Tempah Stir Fry
D Portabella, Turkey, Mozerella & pizza sauce Peperroni Pizza
Snacks: Fage Yogurt w/walnuts,apples,coconut & sf carmel Torini
Bedtime: 1 protein shake w/tea

My husband hunts and I am so thankful he has not found a deer. I don't like venision. My brother always try to sneak venison in dishes he brings for the holidays.
Exercise: Will try to work on the C25K program. I already missed the aerobics class this morning. Went to the gym yesterday, did about 20 min of Zumba and left. Didn't do any strength training. I have got to get my mind into this and be determined.

Good Morning and yes it's Friday!! I have a crazy day (ya know that last day before vacation?!?! so much to do in so little time!) Thank you for all the good puppy vibes, Ruppert enjoyed all the extra treats and seems to be doing pretty well. I am missing my workouts and can't believe I am still trying to kick this stupid virus but I am hoping I can get to the gym Sunday. Hope everyone has a great day and weekend.

Happy Friday everyone!!! my net was off yesterday i thought i was gonna die lol. today i have a rather busy dont know how to do it kind of day. my foster babies see bio mom this afternoon 1.5 hrs away and we are supposed to go to some fancy dinner and the casino tonight. my husband thinks i can get ready for this in 15 mins.. UM NO lol. so i dont know weather to try and get like half ready now and look overdone all day and then try and touch up??? Also my dress is omg short. im gonna wear tights but i hope i dont look like and old lady going to prom haha. my menu is a bit undecided since i dont know what they have at this restaurant. ill likely have soup or maybe shrimp

Speaking of hair color, does anyone know if those boxes of hair color you buy at the drugstore expire? I've had one kicking around my bathroom for at least 2 years and I feel like I want to use it. It's red, too.
Thanks so much! I always wanted to be bold when i was heavy but i didnt want to stand out. i feel so much more me now. i dont think they do. i used one on my aunt the other day that looked vintage haha
