Should I be worried?!?!
I just had my six month labs done, a bit early since I don't see the doc till Dec. 8, but he wanted them done two to three weeks before seeing him. Any who....my b12 is greater then 2000. Regular values are like 200 to 800. Should I be concerned?? What I see online says it's water soluble so my oral dose each day will just "wash out" if my body doesn't need it. A bit freaked out here!! A couple other values are a little high, like just above the upper limit and then I see the b12 and it is like WOW!
Anything too much is not good. Balance.
If you take every day - try taking every other day, or limit the dose to 1/2 of what you take.

I agree with Hala. I would not worry, but I would cut back a little and see how your labs are next time. Many of us, myself included, like to keep our levels a little high, around 1000, but there is no reason to let it stay above 2000.
