It's rainy cats and dogs here today so no coffee :(  I'll make a k-cup and add some chair latte fit frappe and call it a day :)

Yes, then stay in and play it safe and dry. It's chilly here but skies are blue so I'm trying to air the house out a little. Plus gives me an excuse to stayed cuddled up with my blanket and doggy.

Uggh, I woke up today with anxiety and I don't know why. I've been feeling pretty great lately, and for some reason I'm feeling icky this morning. It's this sinking feeling in my chest, so I'm assuming it is anxiety. Maybe all of the NSVs and rapid weight loss (I've lost 4lbs in 7 days) are doing something to me. Thank GOD I see my therapist tonight, because I hate feeling this way. Nothing major going on at work, and home is the same, so I don't know what's causing it. I've always had a little bit of anxiety over the years, but it's been a long time since it came on this strong. I've been going to therapy for about a month and everytime I see her I'm happy and things are good, so I don't have issues to really talk about. Today is going to be a hell of a session I think. Send calming vibes my way because I feel like there is a tuning fork in my chest that is vibrating through me and I just want to scream. Work is going to be a challenge today.

So, here's my food plan for the day:

B: Light and Fit Boston Cream Pie, 1/2 click mocha (a whole one is too much to get through in the morning)

L: Romaine salad with pickled veggies, cukes and tomatoes with Skinny Girl honey dijon dressing

D: chili half a low carb tortilla (if I can get it in, historically I can't eat more than a bite of two of these things)

S: chicken jerky, cranberry oat crisps and a laughing cow

Totals:

Cal 711 Protein 69 carbs 55 fat 23

Awww...hang in there... remember to tell yourself all the things you wrote in this post. Nothing is really going on, only good things have happened. Lots of changes but good. Self-talk is important with anxiety... it helps it from running away. Like having two brains...LOL... "this is how I feel..." and "This is the reality..." Keep reminding yourself of reality.

Don't have to rush out this AM, so having a homemade latte with SF gingerbread syrup as my pre-exercise meal. :)
I have been using this as my pre-workout drink:

Body Effects Fruit Punch Flavor

I mix it with 16oz water and drink at least 1/2 before I start. Hydrating and caffeine kick get me going. It has about the same caffeine as a cup of coffee. I like it, I had heard about it from You Tube/FB Banded Wendy (Wendy Campbell). Then I eat breakfast or have my shake after. It doesn't help me lose weight or anything just gives me a kick... I like it but trying ti decide if it is worth the $$.

B: SF Gingerbread Latte (Fairlife milk-3/4c- 10g protein)

S: Whole grain cream of wheat with added protein powder (30g)

L: Buffalo Chicken salad (20g) lettuce

S: homemade trail mix (4g)

D: veggie burger with cheese and egg (20g)

S: Premier Protein Hot Chocolate (30g)

Protein: 114. I need to start counting my protein closer and get it over 100 everyday, as my protein was low on my bloodwork even though I was getting 80-90 a day most days.

Exercise: 21-day-fix Arm fix. About to happen.

Its a short week for me. I was off yesterday and am off Friday. Actually I don't think I'll be working a full week again till mid December. YES! And today is my last day of probation in my position-- God knows how I made it-- I've wanted to run screaming from here a few hundred times LOL!

Time Since Surgery= six months

M1- Cream of wheat 

M2- 1/2 PB/Chocolate protein shake (Yummmmm) & Kashi Granola bar

M3- BBQ & Sriracha Chicken breast lunch meat roll-up

M4- ??? Probably a turkey burger
