Honestly,  it's not just how I look,  but how I feel that is amazing.  I feel so much better physically and emotionally.

Great job...congratulations !!! 

And remember how that feels... It can help you next time you may be tempted into eating foods that are not the best...  Memories like that are priceless for me, they allow me to turn away from desserts and not feel bad about that. 

Keep moments like that for years to come...

I'm finding it easier to turn away from sweets without regrets. There was chocolate cake at work last Friday.  I considered having a tiny slice and scraping off the frosting.  Then I looked at out and realized I didn't even want the cake.  Victory!
