What's on Your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?

Ooh fun question. I really like making my own soaps and lotions. I did it with friends a few years ago to make homemade holiday presents. I really enjoyed it, so I kept going and perfected a lot of recipes and scents.
Right now my face is so wrinkly from weight loss that there is not a cream on earth that would keep it up, though. I need a staple gun!
Boring menu:
B: egg white and salsa
S: Cranberry Thin Addictives and turkey slices
L: 0% Fage Cherry Greek yogurt
S: almonds and Babybell cheese
D: Parmesan crusted cod

Exercise
Did 20 minutes on the elliptical this morning, but I think that's it. Busy day followed by support group tonight. Always makes me chuckle when I realize that support group is what throws off my eating and exercise more than anything else...!

I really like the Garnier facial moisturizers and soaps. I also use the Mary Kay microdermabrasion once a week and I really like that. Which reminds me; I'm almost out. LOL

The other day I was wandering through the mall and saw a sign advertising: "Beyond Microdermabrasion". And I though to myself...isn't that just abrasion? Ouch!

I haven't noticed that, no. Well, not any oilier than usual. LOL They have a special moisturizer that you're supposed to use after the dermabrasion.
Wednesday is my official weigh-in day and finally after 9 weeks of bouncing between 206-208 I had movement. Last week:207, this week: 204. I am almost 16 months out and it does sloooooow down. But gotta keep on truckin'...
Soaps? Lotions? I am very sensitive/allergic to smells so I have to be careful. I use a body wash I get from Trader Joe's call Refresh. For lotions I use the Aveeno oatmeal something... and this other one I actually love but it is hard to find because it is cheap and old school called Aloe Vera Triple Lanolin. Walmart used to carry it, now I found it at Harmon/BB&B. This is what it looks like but ridiculous price on Amazon:
Aloe Vera and Triple Lanolin Lotion
SO menu uminspired today. Trying to use what I have in freezer etc... because holiday food shopping will be happening...making room.

D: Sloppy joe meat, spinach (20g)
