I did my second 1/2 marathon 3 weeks ago.  I cried completing the first one thinking back to how far I'd come.  My first half marathon was 2 days before my one year surgiversary

I thought about all the changes, experiences, and things that I could do now that I couldnt during my half too!

I've been thinking of trying a half marathon.  Maybe next year.  Great work.

Yay you did it.  great job.  

it does not matter first or last.  you passed the start line and the finish line and that is what matters.

 

I cannot stress how important the right equipment is.  if you have a runners high store, or fleet feet, or front runners they will do a running test to help fit you with the shoes that are the best for your running style.

blister free running socks are also a life saver

and last but not the least a good sports bra.

 

with the right equipment we can all look better and run better.
