What's On Your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?
Tuesday. We meet again.
So, it's cold and rainy here and everything is muddy and the dog jumped up on my pants after his morning walkies so I had to change and then I couldn't find my shooties which I have to wear with these pants because they're too long so I was late for work and now my shoes are wrecked and muddy and the backs of my "clean" pants are flecked with mud and my water bottle leaked in my lunch bag so that's wet, too, and I hate everything.
But, I made another version of baked oatmeal last night with applesauce and cinnamon and that one is also a hit. So, at least I got that going for me.
B: coffee, applesauce baked oatmeal square and a Yoplait Greek caramel apple yogurt
S: turkey pepperoni and a Laughing Cow wedge
L: Buffalo chicken salad on 34 degree crackers and a cheese stick
D: black bean burger topped with a slice of Velveeta and an over easy egg. Drowned in Frank's Red Hot, because I love it so.
TOTALS: Cals: 863 Protein: 87 Carbs: 76 Fat: 28
Have a great Terrible Tuesday everyone! And Happy 240th Birthday to the USMC; Semper Fi!

Aw sorry for your Tuesday-Troubles! Got to say I'm really feeling pretty great today! The job that I've had 4 interviews for just asked for my references, I lost 2lbs this morning and I got an A+ on my last grad school exam! And to boot, I have the whole morning off to run errands and join the gym (and presumably work out, too!). So....yay, Tuesday!
15 weeks out and back to clean eating!
B: cottage cheese with chives
S: Unjury chocolate shake
L: Greek yogurt
D: grilled chicken and salsa

Sorry, lady, but I'm keeping it! I'm pretty sure your Wednesday will beat mine, though. I am babysitting a million nieces and nephews from 7:30am - 6pm. Kids are ages 18 months to 11 and a few don't get along. No breaks, no help (and no posting on OH!). If I make it through the day without chocolate, I know I will have officially beaten my food addictions. But no guarantees!

Well your morning sounds WONDERFUL, AV!! UGH
My week is just crazy this week, and to top it off I did something to my wrist over the weekend...possibly while picking up the toddler? No idea, but it REALLY hurts! ugh and of course I have to type all day at work, and it just does NOT feel good. I picked up a brace this morning to see if that will help stabilize it while i type, we'll see if it helps at all.
