I do but only if I eat food that causes that. Carbs, grains, some veggies, or fruits.  Sugar alcohol, even small amount gives me a lot of gas. (i.e in SF gum or some vitamins, or protein bars)

This could be as simple as food or lactose indolence or as serious as cancer of the intestine.  Please get it checked out.

I'd definitely get it checked out by your doctor.

If it is something very recent and you've gone 15 years without many issues, consider whether it is something you've eaten that could be causing the gas and bloating.

But if there's a possibility of something else going on, you definitely want to know what's up.

Best of luck to you!

What are you eating???  Fast food, processed food, grains, dairy, carbonated beverages, sugar ???  All can cause problems.
