What's on Your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?
I would like to thank all the veterns for their service. I have several family members who served. One uncle with complications from Agent Orange. A female cousin who can not have children due to something in Afganistan. My father in Korea and a couple of nephews currently stationed in Germany.
I want plastic surgery. I am 58 and can hit my 401K when I turn 59.5. I don't want to spend the money, but we'll see. Currently arms, thighs, and breasts. But then, my husband will look old.

Hi all, I miss you all so much but am just getting sooo caught up in life, well somethings gotta give, but I lurk whenever I can and today after reading all the veterans day stuff, on a whim I decided to go up and try on my old uniform from my lowest weight point ever. It was a size 14, and was from when I first made "Chief". They go through this crazy initiation, where you run five miles a day for 6 weeks, do crazy phys fitness under direct supervision of anyone so inclined to "supervise" and I also had just come back from IRAQ, where the temp was 120 on a cool day so I sweated off tons there as well. Anyways, I was happy camping back then to fit in the 14's but it only lasted a few mths. My NSV today, those 14's swim on me! Im now in a 8/10 depending on the brand and I love everything about my new life that my RNY has opened up for me. And so, I can truthfully say Im happy to be a vet, I can also say, I love this time when I am retired from service, years older and soooo much slimmer!
Happy Veterans day to all!!!
Hi everyone. I am very late, but thought I'd post anyway. Yes, I am planning on having plastics. I was having a lil bit of Botox injected a couple of weeks ago by a plastic surgeon. I took the opportunity to talk to her about it. She recommended I wait a year after I hit goal, so I am thinking that I will have it in early 2017. I plan on having my flying squirrel arms done, and my tummy and boobs. I don't consider plastics vain, but I'm vain, so I might not be the best judge. :-).
Time since surgery: 11 months and 3 weeks.
B: Egg Beaters omelette with FF mozzarella with bacon
S: Tall skinny, half cut eggnog latte (yum!)
L: 3 oz. boneless, skinless chicken thigh, watermelon radish

S: Light and Fit Greek - Caramel Apple Pie
TOTALS: Calories 866, Carbs 59, Protein 64, Fat 45
V/W: In process
E: I forgot my Fitbit at home. Grrrrrrr. Do steps count if they are not logged on a Fitbit?
Have a great day everyone!

My Dad and two stepbrothers served in the Navy and my brother was in the Coast Guard. My great uncle landed on Normandy years ago and I got chills when he told me stories a while back.
I'm definitely thinking plastics are in my future. My boobs were already a mess after nursing twins 22 years ago and having only gotten worse gaining and losing weight over the yeara. My stomach will also need some work. 90 pounds down and about 65 more to go so I will need something at the end of this journey. I'm a bit nervous about it, but I imagine I can get through that if I think about the end result. Arms and thighs are still up in the air. Hoping the gym helps with that a bit so that I don't need surgery on them.
